THE CHALLENGE
This client was a general practice in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
The practice was recently acquired from an older dentist who was retiring, with much room for improvement in new patient flow and productivity.
The goals of this newer dentist were to increase production and new patient flow by running targeted Facebook & Instagram advertisements.
The office had just built a new website and was beginning to update the site and improve SEO efforts with a third party.
The other channel left to improve was paid media.
THE STRATEGY
The strategy included targeted Facebook & Instagram ads with an in-app form and lead qualification based on treatment interest and native English speakers.
The treatments targeted were dental implants, all-on-x, and Invisalign.
The goals of the campaign were to acquire as many new patient leads as possible, for the most affordable cost, with consistency, to ultimately produce a significant increase in new patient appointments and office production.
Multiple creatives would need to be produced and rotated by Dental Growth to split-test and arrive at the cheapest cost-per-lead with consistency over several months.
High-converting creatives were produced by Dental Growth and the client's front-office team were coached regarding best practices for triaging, qualifying, and scheduling new patient leads for best results and conversions.
THE RESULTS
The campaign was launched within 7 days and the client immediately began receiving multiple new patient inquiries per day.
With best practices in place regarding lead management, qualification, and scheduling, the office was able to book 43 new patient appointments in the first 3 months, resulting in $43,000+ in prospective new patient production value, given a conservative new patient lifetime value (LTV) of $1,000.
